This is the most popular method for those buying their first home. At Hyatt Homes, we aim to deliver a creative and unique approach to a sale campaign. Void Conversions – shared and outright ownership

This is an area we wish to work on with all housing associations. Like you, we feel very passionately about combatting homelessness in the UK; and to know that many homes within the housing sector are void for months (and in some cases years) is inexcusable.

Properties stand empty, costing housing associations money; while in the meantime, families are desperate to move into new homes.  With a list of customers looking for houses, working together simply makes sense.
